Microsoft has announced The Internet Explorer 11 application will be retired and go out of support on June 15, 2022. This will affect all FCMs using CAST to manage customers.
To prepare for this, CQG has tested Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer mode and found it to be an efficient replacement where all functionality is maintained. Instructions for using Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer can be found in this help article.
