Jo Ashton, CQG Customer Support Service Manager
Jo Ashton has worked at CQG for seventeen years and has been the customer support service manager for ten years. She manages several customer- testing groups and works closely with customers to assure the quality of the software. Ashton is an expert in providing customers with solutions.
John Arvanites, CQG CTO and Chief Architect
John Arvanites has been in the information technology business for over twenty-seven years, including twenty-three years in finance. Prior to CQG, Arvanites worked at Stein Roe & Farnham, Reuters, CME Group, and Trading Technologies and has held positions in operations, quality assurance, development, team management, project management, and senior management.
Doug Janson, CQG Product Specialist
Doug Janson specializes in user-end programming, system- testing development, and automated trading. Janson joined CQG in the 1990s managing technical analysis classes designed to help migrate floor traders to trading screens. He also developed and traded on automated systems using CQG's proprietary trading desk. After working for Northfield Industries LLC, a Commodity Trading Advisor, in 2005 as director of research, Janson rejoined CQG two years later as a product specialist and has continued to trade actively on the futures and equity markets.

Marcus Kwan, CQG Vice President of Product Strategy and Design
Marcus Kwan has had extensive software design consulting experience in a wide range of customer segments. Since joining CQG in 2004, he has led the product design efforts for CQG's platforms, including the company's next generation data visualization, analytics, and trade routing applications. Prior to CQG, Kwan worked at Microsoft in the Microsoft Windows Platform group, leading the company's user experience with Internet Explorer, search, and sharing.
