Resources for CAST2 Customer Profile Changes

We will deploy CAST 2.41 to our production Gateway on February 20.  This release includes several important changes. 

New Two-Step Credential Flow

  1. Login Identifier Email
    • Sent via new action: Send login name
    • Contains login identifier only
  2. Password Setup Email
    • Separate email with password reset/setup link

Company profiles and trader access are now handled separately

  • Company profiles are used to group accounts under an organization
  • Trader access is assigned to individuals, not to company profiles
