Various improvements and bug fixes.

General

  • Added more contrast between widgets for light theme
  • Reduced brightness of page icons in left bar
  • Messages widget in right bar improvements

Trading/Reporting

  • Order Tickets will now use global stop and limit order settings

OTC/HMS

  • In Hedge Account Balances, ability to configure auto-hedging on the commodity and account level, and edit the default settings
