Gateway Release: Updates to Min FCM Market Limits

There is a Gateway release 5.15 planned for the weekend of Friday, August 30th, 2019. As always, the release will be seamless to CQG Customers.

We have added a new FCMs->Min FCM Market Limits page that allows overriding default FCM min values for the size-based risk limits (Trade Size Limit, Commodity Position Limit, and Contract Position Limit) at exchange and/or product level.
