Various improvements and bug fixes.

Trading/Reporting

  • Order Ticket: Added OCO orders 
  • Order widget: Ability to copy full row of data using the download button
  • Manual fills confirm dialog: added comment field
  • Filled orders info: Group by price: fixed display of Euronext and Eurex spreads

Algos

  • Algo parameters are now stored with commodity and algo combinations

Spreader

  • Strategy manager: added columns: Best Bid, Best Ask, BB Qty and BA Qty
