Flexible Period Moving Average
The Fluid indicator is only used for intraday charts. The idea is to have a moving average with a length that corresponds to the number of bars elapsed since the start of the day. On the first bar of the day it is a one-period moving average, on the second bar it’s a two-period moving average, and so on.
We featured this indicator in one of the programming examples in June 2016.
